Prices shown on this website are in EUR or DKK and incl. Danish VAT of 25%. Please note that local taxes, customs, VAT etc., outside Denmark is not incl. the price.

Order Placement and Leadtime
To place an order, easily browse the online store, select your FÉKIH garment, choose your size, and complete your order. If your order contains several garments, we will ship them all together based on the garment with the latest manufacturing time.
All our garments are made-to-order. Please allow about 16 weeks lead time, excl. shipping time from the date of order placement. Rush orders are available on requests, depending on fabric availability and studio capacity.
We recommend ordering your garment sooner than later to ensure that you will receive your garment well in advance of your wear/wedding date.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Your invoice will be enclosed in the shipment.
We reserve an explicit right to cancel your order, whether or not your order has been placed and you have been charged. This may be due to errors in prices or information, extended fabric deliveries or discontinuations etc. We will notify you by email in advance of any such action, and we will refund payments in full to the payment method used when placing your order. We will not be liable for any damages or costs caused by the cancellation.
We accept orders from private customers only. You are not allowed to place an order for or on behalf of a business, except with prior agreement.
Payment and Security
The full payment is charged to your account when your order is shipped.
We accept payments with credit cards, Visa, and Mastercard.
All transactions on this website are processed using QuickPay, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a safe host environment.
To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe and secure, we use SSL technology (Secure Socket Layer) to safely transmit your personal data, including credit and debit card information.
Shipping and Delivery
Complimentary shipping on all orders worldwide. Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to ship orders to Russia, Belarus, Turkmenistan, Ukraine and P.O. Boxes.
All orders are shipped from our studio in Denmark with DHL Express. Shipments are trackable and insured during transit. Upon receipt of the package, this insurance coverage expires.
Shipping times may vary and can be delayed due to customs issues or unforeseen circumstances and are therefore indicative only.
Denmark 1 – 3 days
Europe 1 – 5 days
Rest of the World 3 – 8 days
We hope that you are pleased with your order. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied, you can return your online purchase within 14 days of the delivery, effective from the date you or a third party, other than the couriers, have taken the package into their possession.
The return costs will be deducted from your refund when using our return service. This service releases you from the responsibility for loss or damage during transit.
Please note that all returns must be returned in the country of purchase.
If you decide to return using a different shipping method, costs will be at your expense and responsibility. We will not compensate for lost or damaged returns.

All garments must be returned in their original condition; unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged, without any odour, makeup, etc., and in their original packaging enclosed the original invoice. Please note that you are liable for any diminished value of your order resulting from your handling. Therefore, we emphasize that you take great care when trying on these luxurious garments.
To process with our return service, please organize the pick-up of your return with your local DHL Express. You will need the waybill no. stated on the enclosed return shipping label.
We reserve the right to withhold refunds until we have received and inspected your returns. Immediately and within 14 days at most, effective the day that we received your returns, we will refund payments in full, deducted the return costs to the payment method used when placing your order. If your returns do not meet our return policy, we will evaluate the diminished value of the garment at our sole discretion, and only part or none of your order amount will be refunded to you.
Customised and bespoke garments cannot be returned.

Sizing and Alterations
We create all our garments in standard sizes based on our thoroughly worked out fit and inclusive size chart in sizes 30-46.
In addition, split and petite sizes are available to accommodate a perfect fit.
We rarely experience further alterations required other than adjusting the length to fit your height and the selected shoes. If further alterations are needed, we will be delighted to advise on how to best customize your specific FÉKIH garment.
On request, we may create our garments in other colours and with personal design changes.
Our comprehensive services are available for online orders, though due to the customizations, there is no right to return.
Please note we cannot be held liable for your provided body measurements or if the garment does not fit. Neither can we be held responsible for alteration advising, the outcome from your tailor's work and related costs or if you should regret any customization requested.
Our size guide is found on every product page on our online store.
FÉKIH garments are made from luxurious and delicate fabrics like silk, tulle, embroideries and lace and must be carefully worn and maintained. Avoid contact with abrasive surfaces to protect the fabric from damage, and care should be taken when wearing jewellery, watches, perfume etc.
Care for your luxury FÉKIH garment by specialist dry cleaning only.
Your garment will arrive protected in a garment bag or box to ensure it remains in perfect condition.
We recommend storing it in an acid-free box and tissue paper for long-term storage. Storage of textiles must be in a clean, cool, dry, and dark area with no temperature, humidity, and light changes. Loft and basements are not optimal storage areas.
We make every effort to ensure our reproductions are exact. Nevertheless, all our garments are handcrafted, and there may be smaller variations between your garment and the one photographed. Likewise, there may be slight variations in the fabrics from our suppliers. E.g. our silk tulle is produced on 1800s century bobbinet looms – one of the world’s finest tulles. Minor variations in the tulle may occur and do not imply flaws.
Maria Fekih ApS reserves the right to discontinue the manufacturing of certain garments and modify the design, change the fabric to equivalent quality or the method of manufacturing the garments to maintain and/or strengthen the quality of our garments.
Colours are displayed as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of a colour will be accurate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, loss or claim, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, replacement costs or any similar damages arising from your order, improper use of our garments or any resulting from the information in this website or otherwise connected to this website. This also applies to all websites which we link to. We have no control over these external websites and assume no responsibility.

Complaints and Governing Law
Any errors or defects in your garment must be invoked within a reasonable time and no later than 24 months from the date of invoice. It is your duty to specify and show the error or defect. This does not cover errors or defects caused by improper use, faulty maintenance or general wear.
If you wish to complain about a garment ordered from us, please email us at email@example.com, giving full details incl. invoice no., your name, address and contact details.
All legal disputes arising out of or in connection with an order from us shall be governed exclusively by the laws of Denmark in Danish courts.
Maria Fekih ApS will collect your personal data to process your order, online booking of appointments and support your experience throughout fekih.com and our company. We keep your personal data for as long as we find it necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were collected.
You have the right to obtain access to the personal data held about you and correct or erase these when no longer needed. If for any reason, you want your data or photos shared with us erased, we fully respect that and will do so immediately. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your request.
