Returns

We hope that you are pleased with your FÉKIH order. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied, you can return your online purchase within 14 days of the delivery.

The return costs will be deducted from your refund when using our return service. This service releases you from the responsibility for loss or damage during transit.

Ensure your garment is returned unworn, in its original condition, and packaging.

To process with our return service, please organize the pick-up of your return with your local DHL Express. You will need the waybill number stated on the enclosed return shipping label.
